InterDigital (IDCC), which entered the day with a market cap of $1.02B, has agreed to sell roughly 1,700 of its 20K mobile patents and patent applications to Intel (INTC) for $375M in cash. In tandem with the move, which follows extensive efforts to either sell the company or much of its IP, InterDigital is doubling the size of its recently-announced stock repurchase program to $200M. Shares are halted, and will resume trading at 12:15 PM ET. (INTC/RNWK)
