    Ther's plenty of value in the market....and plenty of bubbles...Looked at consumer Discretionary names lately? LULU,CMG,TSCO,ULTA,SHW... Like always...Overvalued MOMO names as well

    This metric has less meaning with globalization. I would expect this number to continue to grow and not look at it as a simple oscillator.
