ServiceNow, which filed for an IPO in March under the symbol NOW, is looking to sell 11.65M shares at a price of $15-$17, according to its latest S-1. That translates into proceeds of $175M-$198M, and a market cap of $1.8B-$2B. The company, which is trying to disrupt IBM, CA, and other traditional systems management software firms with a cloud-based approach, posted Q1 revenue of $47.4M (+88% Y/Y) and a net loss of $5.6M.
