Trying to narrow the huge revenue declines being seen by its wireline ops (sales fell 11% Y/Y in Q1) on account of falling voice revenue, Sprint (S) says it will extend the availability of its business Ethernet services to 38 countries and 143 domestic markets by year's end. Demand for carrier Ethernet services continues to grow, as both carriers and businesses warm to their lower costs and ease of management relative to legacy technologies.
