Sirius XM Radio (SIRI) wants to renegotiate a licensing agreement with Canadian regulators to lower its mandatory contributions to artistic development funds by close to 90%. The company argues in advance of a licensing hearing set for tomorrow that it has been paying a great deal more in artist fees than commercial radio stations in the nation.
