After surging 27% in the past week, Penn Virginia (PVA -5.4%) shares slide after CapitalOne issues a downgrade to Neutral. Since the firm upgraded shares in April, PVA posted a Q1 loss that wasn't as bad as analysts feared and revenue also topped estimates as the company benefits from a shift to oil and natural gas liquids, driven by its Eagle Ford shale play.
