PayPal's (EBAY) site, whose appearance hasn't changed much in years, is in the process of receiving a huge makeover. The revamped site offers a simplified layout and menus, and adds an "Explore" button to highlight new services. PayPal has turned into eBay's main growth engine, and is trying to rapidly expand its offline and mobile footprints.

    Now that Visa’s online digital wallet, V.me, is up and running (MasterCard’s offering soon to follow), the PreyPal "pig" will need more than new lipstick for it to survive (outside of the atrophying eBay Marketplace) even the next six months, I suspect.

     

    Indeed, I doubt that, ultimately, anything can save these two now most despised entities, eBafia and PreyPal, from the destruction that has been wrought on them by the “Pain From Bain”, John Edward Donahoe …

     

    And, just for a laugh then, some comment on PayPal’s off-eBay products: "The New Way To Pay In-Store" (at Home Depot), PayPal Here, SmartPay, PayPal Digital Wallet, PayPal Debit MasterCard, PayPal Local and Watch With eBay ...
