Children's clothing retailer Carter's (CRI +5.2%) says a probe uncovered accounting irregularities related to how some sales staff hid accommodations arrangements with customers. Some workers are leaving the company, and a results restatement will bring a cumulative $7.5M earnings hit for 2004-2009.
