Also announced at Google I/O: 1) The launch of Project Glass. The first glasses will cost $1,500 and ship early next year. 2) Details about the Nexus Q: It can be controlled by Android (GOOG) devices, uses a Texas Instruments (TXN) OMAP processor, and doesn't yet support Netflix or Hulu. 3) Google+ (GOOG) now has 150M monthly users and 75M daily users. Not disclosed is how many of these "users" merely clicked a +1 button or have an Android app running in the background. (live blog)

    Probably a lot of Google management is trying to leverage the Chromebook project into a tablet. It makes sense for a tablet but not for a laptop. I don't know if the Chrome book thing was all that successful.
