Energy Transfer Partners (ETP) -3.5% AH after announcing it has filed for a public offering of 13.5M common units, with an option for underwriters to purchase up to an additional 2M common units. ETP says net proceeds will be used to repay debt and to fund pipeline construction capital expenses.

    I own both ETP and ETE. Can anyone please tell me why ETE is down along with ETP since the offering was announced? Thanks.
