An EU court rules Oracle (ORCL) can't stop its software licenses from being re-sold, including when the software has been downloaded rather than sold via disc. No respect for Intellectual Property--at least not the IP of U.S. domiciled companies. This bunch is almost as bad as the jurors in the Google v. Oracle lawsuit re: java. The Europeans would probably rule differently if this were SAP instead of Oracle.
