• Green Giant (NASDAQ:GGE) has commenced a public offering of units, each consisting of one share of our common stock, $0.001 par value per share, one Class A common warrant to purchase one share of common stock and one Class B common warrant to purchase one share of common stock.
• All of the shares of common stock and warrants and the shares of common stock underlying the warrants are being offered by the Co.
