Shareholder lawsuits could soon be added to the long list of problems facing Research In Motion (RIMM -3.5%). Some securities law experts and investors think the recently-announced delay of BlackBerry 10 to Q1 2013 opens the door to class-action suits, given earlier remarks promising a 2012 arrival. RIM's annual shareholder meeting takes place tomorrow.

    If anyone believed that BB10 was coming out this year after repeated delays on everything else they'd worked on, they have no one to blame but themselves for not doing their own due diligence.
