Though multiple companies will benefit if Intel's (INTC -2.3%) investment in ASML (ASML +8.5%) speeds up the use of 450mm chip wafers and EUV lithography systems, Intel has more to gain than others, argues Bernstein's Stacey Rasgon, given "Chipzilla" will likely be the first company to make use of the technologies. Nomura expects the investment will allow ASML to stay a step ahead of Nikon and other photolithography rivals. (also)
