Amazon (AMZN -2.7%) opened the floodgates with its e-book pricing concession to Macmillan. The Authors Guild says at least five other major publishers will push for the same terms, forcing Amazon to raise its prices.

    AMZN has been priced to perfection .. and this should cause some defects in the most absurd earnings forecasts.
