Questcor (QCOR -5.7%) can't catch a break. Shares are diving yet again after a presentation (.pdf) from Chief Scientific Officer David Young at a JMP conference failed to soothe fears stoked by a brutal Citron Research report on Tuesday. While discussing how Questcor's Acthar gel is differentiated, Young's review of the history of generic/third-party alternatives (page 11) may have done more harm than good. Questcor is down 25% from Monday's close.

Questor is in a quiet period due to upcoming quarterly report. It is not surprising that Questor is making no comment since the negative comment are self-serving and the answer will be the quarterly report coming out July 24th. Any comment would only give credence to the negatives and start a debate that means nothing at this point.
