Symantec (SYMC), whose shares have lost around 25% since a profit warning three months ago, has suffered further problems after updates for its anti-virus software caused computers operating Windows XP to crash. The number of known affected clients is relatively small, although making matters worse are tales of terrible customer support.

    I consider Symantec stuff for a long time "malware" and this isn't news for me. It has happened to me with their terrible enhancement tools............maybe I should short this company.
