  • Trading kind of high to book value, plus the dilution from the secondary offering....

  • Its the secondary and its trading at a huge premium to book value for a REIT. So you aren't losing anything with only 1.8% down.

  • This is an opportunity to get some, while the secondary
    brings down the share price.

  • This is a dividend stock, gone growth, but either way,
it has been a money maker.
No guarantees of future success, but........

  • All the way back up to 34.89 @ 1:59 this afternoon.
If you bought some @ 33.89 just after the secondary was
issued you'd be doin' fine. [and on your road to a nice dividend
    in September].
