Down initially after providing soft FQ4 guidance to go with an in-line FQ3 report, F5 (FFIV +3.3%) has turned positive. Shares had fallen 30% from early May levels on widespread concerns about Euro demand, telecom capex, and soft IT spending in general. During its earnings call, F5 noted EMEA revenue grew a healthy 19% Y/Y in FQ3. Analysts are pleased with F5's strong sales to financial clients, but less so with the 10%+ Q/Q declines in telecom and tech sales.
