Anadarko (APC -0.6%) drops plans to sell its Brazilian assets, highlighting how major oil firms are cooling towards a country once considered the world's most exciting energy frontier. Companies initially showed an interest in the assets, then valued at more than $3B, but APC wound up failing to attract a high enough price, FT reports.
