The shooting deaths of 12 movie-goers in Aurora, Colo., at a showing of The Dark Knight Rises could dampen box office enthusiasm for the new Batman movie. Time Warner (TWX +0.2%) cancels this weekend's Paris premiere; NYC police is providing extra security at theaters. Shares of Cinemark (CNK -3%), owner of the theater where the shooting took place, and Imax (IMAX -1.7%) are down.
