What's with British companies and the $7B U.S. school-bus market? Go-Ahead Group became the third U.K. firm to get a piece, with a St. Louis contract. Scotland's FirstGroup (FGROF.PK) is the top yellow-bus operator; London's National Express Group (NXPGY.PK) is second.
