Market recap: Stocks stumbled again, with the Dow logging its third straight triple-digit loss, driven by lackluster earnings and reduced guidance from UPS and others. But losses were trimmed in the final hour after Jon Hilsenrath reported the Fed is moving closer to taking new actions. Treasurys rose after an auction of two-year notes saw record low yields. NYSE losers led gainers three to one.
