More on Corning (GLW +0.25%) Q2: net profit dives 39% to $462M, hurt by a fall in prices for its LCD screens - albeit more moderate declines - and the unsettled global economy. CEO Wendell Weeks says Europe and China are concerns. For Q3, expects LCD glass volume to grow in "the low double digits" Q/Q. Glass price declines should remain moderate. (PR)

And now I start to rebuild my position in GLW.

That isn't to say this is the last rough quarter but this one and the next one will be good points to accumulate a position. I'm buying today but not a lot. I won't have both feet in unless it drops below 10.

I am watching it, if it drops under $11 I may pick some up, but I held a few hundred shares from 2010-2011, and it ended up being a value trap. Even with it's very low P/E, it cannot seem to get any traction, and been that way for a year or more.
