If history has any accuracy, you cannot beleive anything this management team says. The company is a leading example of the good old boy crowd. Any employee with the track record of this management team would be fired on the spot and that is exactly what the BOD should do, but as we all know they represent mangement not the shareholers.

As a FTR shareholder, I am quite surprised they are maintaining the previous dividend, in light of all the negative media and falling PPS.

FTR is like a strip mine. Management wants us to believe there is gold at the bottom of the pit. Unfortunately every time I think they've hit bottom the hole only seems to have gotten deeper.

Their Q1 cash flow was terrible, they said they could pay off more debt with the cut in the Dividend, but in Q1 they only paid off $15M of debt while the cut in the dividend was $87M. I really hope we see improvement in Q2 cash flow.
