Citrix (CTXS -2.3%) slumps after beating FQ2 estimates, but issuing so-so guidance. The thin client and virtualization software developer expects FQ3 revenue of $645M-$655M and EPS of $0.64-$0.66 vs. a consensus of $646.1M and $0.72. Its $435M acquisition of mobile switch vendor Bytemobile is expected to dilute EPS by $0.07. FY12 guidance is in-line. Deferred revenue rose 5% Q/Q and 23% Y/Y to $1.03B, and $400M in new stock buybacks have been authorized. (transcript)
