Zillow (Z -4.1%) may soon find itself facing better-capitalized competition as Trulia takes advantage of the JOBS act to quietly file for an IPO. A provision in the law allows companies with less than $1B in revenue to file confidentially and sidestep certain financial reporting requirements.
