Is this still a buy-out story for the spectrum?

Earnings about as expected. At the time it was up 1% there had been only about 20,000 shares traded. Very low volume. Nobody rushing in to buy. Nobody rushing in to sell.

Compare after hours volume to a very high volume for the day. Today there were 11M shares traded, double the 10 day average volume. The price advance was 12% on that volume.

Not sure what will happen tomorrow. Probably the price will be up if the market is up. Otherwise back down some.

Some real positives are coming out in the earnings. Guidance raised for 2012 revenue and EBITDA. Also 50% increase in 4G usage year over year.

I see Clearwire shares doubling within 6 months when everyone realizes that the smart phones will use tons of spectrum which Clearwire owns.

I'm from Seattle and I have been following Clearwire since it's inception. I wouldn't look at the number of people selling off their stock. I look at this as a true bargain in the long run. People will regret selling their shares for a buck when they could of tripled it by being patient.
