VirnetX (VHC -11.7%) crashes for the second day in a row (previous) thanks to a column from SA's Special K that questioned both the company's ability to prevail in its patent disputes with Apple and Cisco, and its ability to receive a huge payoff if it does. Shares are now down 24% over the last two days. Today's drop comes even as Gilford Securities defends VirnetX, arguing the company's ITC case remains on track in spite of a recent delay.
