McKesson (MCK) has agreed to pay $151M to Washington DC and 29 states to settle allegations it overcharged for Medicaid drugs from 2001-2009. The deal follows a settlement in April in which McKesson agreed to pay $187M to the federal government, and the almost $500M it  paid to private and public entities in 2008 over similar accusations.
