Again I am confused, I can understand that there are more buyers then sellers right now and market is moving up. What I struggle with is why there appear to be virtually no sellers at all on the other side of the trade.

"one of the lightest volume days of the year?" Who is your market data provider? You might want to get a new one.

Not even close on the Nassy. Maybe the SP but not overall.

We don't need to understand why there are no sellers on the other side. We just need to continue to make money on the long side until distribution days start mounting up and our leaders failing. You do not ever need to know the reason why this or that exist. It only clouds you from the fact that you need to make money to make a living. Go with the trend and the best traders of all-time knew that it was never important to ask questions. You just stay in the now and take what the market gives you.

Wow thanks for the great information, and yes even for this market volume was light. I have been trading a long time and know many excellent traders, your consant chatter saying that the charts show you everything and require no opinions to interpret is just not true. Also if you were really a great trader you would not be constantly shilling your trades for a fee, great traders actually keep there ideas to themselves. Since I know you think this market will climb forever I will make you a bet tilted in your favor. I will wager that SPY breaks 115 before 117.50, gave you a nice head start. If you win I will stop using Stock Talk or comment at all on SA, if I win you stop your shilling for 7 days. How about it?

    Don't be confuse, trader14.
The weak (nuts?) holders/sellers already sold everything.
In march 2009, i was buying. Were you selling???
Stronger shareholders are now at the table. They know the
market will move much higher before it's final collapse.

I see this market rally as the market leaders are trying to rip IRA contributioners. So it may continue next a week or two. It sucks but its reality.

Hey Trader 14 you say this about Joshua: " Also if you were really a great trader you would not be constantly shilling your trades for a fee, great traders actually keep there ideas to themselves."
    /
I was a subscriber to Joshua and learned a lot from him. Let me edit your statement with respect to Joshua with my take:
" Also if you were really a great trader as Joshua is and who constantly shills his trades for a fee, great traders like Joshua actually does not keep his ideas to himself. Instead he generously shares his successful ideas and they work!."
    /
So if you are a skilled but a somewhat confused trader as I was for decades, Joshua will straighten out your investing mind and thus your life too". God Bless Joshua!!!.
