Accretive Health settles allegations brought against it by the Minnesota Attorney General earlier this year, following the theft of a laptop from which no patient data was accessed. According to the settlement, AH will pay a sum of $2.49M and wind down its remaining client services in Minnesota. The company may continue licensing its revenue cycle technology to the clients it served in the state, and will evaluate on an ongoing basis whether to return to Minnesota with client services in the future. Shares +0.7% AH.
