Time Warner (TWX +1.6%) files a flock of lawsuits through its Warner Bros. unit against Amazon resellers using the Amazon (AMZN -0.8%) website to sell discounted DVDs. The complaint alleges that the 2M users participating in the Amazon Marketplace to sell new and used DVDs are in violation of the distribution rights of Warner Bros.
