The ETF wars are heating up, writes Steve Beck - good for investors, but bad for BlackRock (BLK), whose iShares collect fees of $46 for every $10K invested compared to $17 for Vanguard. With Vanguard (and others) now getting enough trading volume to have sufficient liquidity, BlackRock's iShares market share has slipped to 40%, with no end in sight.
