Synchronoss (SNCR +19.9%) soars after beating Q2 estimates. While the company issued soft guidance on its earnings call - it expects 2012 revenue of $270M-$277M, below a $284.7M consensus - that appears baked in, given worries about the impact of AT&T's slowing smartphone sales on demand for the company's mobile provisioning software. Synchronoss is also forecasting a major 2013 boost from sales of its cloud content management solutions to Verizon and others.
