Baker Hughes (BHI +2.7%) gets a boost from an upgrade to Buy on valuation at TheStreet Ratings, citing its revenue growth potential a strong balance sheet metrics. Most notably, the company's debt-to-equity ratio is low, indicating good debt management, and net income growth has significantly exceeded both that of its peers and the S&P 500 as a whole.

I find it difficult to believe that TheStreet Ratings gave BHI a boost. I'd look more toward oil's $4/barrel move and the nearly 2% rally in the S&P today.
