Regulators wants to cap the length of time Verizon (VZ) and cable companies can withhold joint services from competitors as a condition for approving the cellular carrier's $3.6B acquisition of spectrum from Time Warner (TWC) and Comcast (CMCSA), Bloomberg reported yesterday.
