Pac Crest's Brent Bracelin is worried Cisco's (CSCO +2.4%) October quarter guidance will miss Street forecasts for flat Q/Q growth due to macro and forex headwinds. Bracelin expects Cisco, which reports next Wednesday, to guide for a 1%-3% Q/Q drop. Last week, RBC's Mark Sue argued Cisco, in spite of its low valuation, is dead money until a major dividend hike arrives, due to strong competition from Juniper, Huawei, and others.
