China bears like to point to flatlining electricity output as proof of the country's sharp growth slowdown, but what if it's just signaling a shift to a more services-based economy? Most China bears are clueless ! If your a student of China or you manage properties there you'll know that two fantastic EU companies from Germany & Spain have upgraded the electric grid in China over the past two years. They've improved the service by over 20%. So, the 5% reduction is usage is 3 times offset by the improvements !
