VeriFone (PAY -9.4%) slumps after Square lands a potentially game-changing deal (I, II) to see its form of mobile payments used at 7K Starbucks locations. The company was also hit with a downgrade to Neutral from Buy by UBS with catalysts looking played out.

    i am a 67 years old woman and all my savings are in "veriFone" because it is a big company well managed and has a lot of big customers.
    Unfortunatly there are some analists who are doing some manipulations i don't know why!!!!!
    I suppose all the shares holders and me would like to have some explanations from Mr. Douglas or other Persanality from the board
    it is obvious we are worriyng ;hope they will do it soon.
    I ask all the lectors to excuse my English;though it is not my mother tongue. thank-you
