Volatile VirnetX (VHC -5.9%) is heading lower. Yesterday, SA's Value Bulldog (formerly Special K) provided the second part of a bearish report on the IP holder (previous). Among the author's arguments: VirnetX efforts to have its 4G patents declared standards-essential remain in limbo; the company is unlikely to collect a 1% royalty on 4G phone sales, as some hope; and the company appears richly valued relative to fellow mobile patent holder InterDigital.

Why do you think Special K changed his name. Same reason that convicted felons get fake ID. He should go to jail for impersonating a financial savey investor.

Articles such as these, as well as the follow up reporting simply create buying opportunities and lower entry points.

If I were devoid of all sense of morality, driven by greed to the exclusion of any semblance of honor, corrupt to my roots and accepting that as a prize worth coveting over any honest undertaking, I could write an article conceived of lies and expanded on a bed of misdirection presented as fact.

Fortunately for my self respect, I can't write an article like that.
