Up initially after striking a patent-purchase deal with Nokia (NOK +4.5%), Vringo (VRNG -3.5%) has sold off to $3.32. The fact Vringo will be financing the deal with a $31.2M stock offering featuring a sale price of $3.25/share is a likely reason why. Nokia, however, is holding onto most of its gains - investors probably care less about the deal per se than the fact it shows Nokia is serious about its stated plans to better monetize its IP.
