Good Luck!! These kinds of commitments never happen in the airline industry.

The "merger" of Continental and United made no sense. It took the best US airline (Continental) and merged it with the worst (United) and created an airline that seems bent on finding ways to screw things up and ruin the passenger/airline relationship that Continental nurtured over the years. Previous Continental CEO's (Gordon and Larry) would never have agreed to this merger. I hope Jeff wakes up soon before the stock hits bottom.
