MarkWest Energy Partners (MWE) -4.7% premarket upon launching a public offering of 6M common units on the heels of completing a $750M debt offering. The company says it will use net proceeds mostly to buy additional common units to fund its capital spending program.

    It dilutes share value of existing shareholders. Why is that not mentioned?
