Salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM) has released Salesforce Communities, an update to its popular Chatter enterprise social networking platform that enables workers to interact with customers and partners. The product, which integrates with Salesforce's cloud apps, will only be available as a limited pilot until 2H13.
