Wedbush weighs in on NCR (NCR -9%), cutting it to Neutral on the back of recent reports that it's violating international sanctions and anti-bribery laws. The firm says NCR's emerging-markets business is crucial to growth, and faces a major hit if its foreign practices come under broad investigation. The company is looking into whistleblower allegations it violated sanctions on Syria and anti-bribery laws in China and the Mideast.
