At a meeting last October of Facebook's (FB) new "Client Council" of senior execs from 13 major brands and ad agencies, Mark Zuckerberg's response to inquiries about ensuring ROI from ads on was: "That's a great question and we should probably have an answer to that, shouldn't we?" Since then, Facebook has worked with clients on new methods for estimating ROI, including providing more non-personal user data.
