Early Facebook (FB) investor and director Peter Thiel converted more than 9M of his shares from Class B to Class A, suggesting he's willing to give up some control over the company to give himself more flexibility to sell stock. Thiel's done pretty well with Faceboook, running a $500K investment into more than $1B. Shares -1.8% premarket.
