That sounds like a fair price for the stock.

Director/insider selling SEC filing to convert 10 million Class B to Class A shares does not inspire investor confidence lots of employees 500 or so will have tax selling and lots will cash in.Pretty clueless of the director will hurt the stock price.Secret credit line buying by the company seems to be keeping it up today. We think not for long still buying puts on rallies. If Thiel will not buy his own stock why should we?

I don't understand this at all. Did he buy options? And they cost less than a penny per stock? I get that 1% owns Wall Street and Wall Street owns both parties which make rules to protect the 1%. But less than a penny??? That can't be right.
