Jive Software (JIVE +2.2%) gapped higher on an upgrade to Outperform from Baird, but has since given back a chunk of its gains. Like others, Baird thinks Jive is an attractive M&A target. Shares took off in June after Microsoft's purchase of Yammer raised buyout hopes, but crashed last week due to poor guidance.
